MEDITATION AND YOGA LED BY A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL
MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS
WITH OTHER WOMEN
TRANSFORM YOUR GRIEF WITH MEANING MAKING EXPERIENCES IN NATURE
When you grief support we're here to help:
Grief is a journey you don't have to do alone. Let us help connect you with a community of women, who are also grieving, as well as have support from a grief professional, who can assist you in processing through your experiences and help honor your loved one.
Grief is shaped by the relationship you have with your loved one, let us help you navigate all the emotions and thoughts you may be experiencing. Whether the death of your loved one occurred years ago or several months ago, grief never ends. We are here to meet you where you are.
Grief causes bodily pain and discomfort. Let us help your body express its story of loss and resolve some of that pain through hiking, mindfulness practices, and yoga.
Learn ways to manage your grief during our content time. You will receive helpful skills, engage in creative expression, and learn helpful grief rituals to honor the death of your loved one.
"Each person's grief is as unique as their fingerprint. But what everyone has in common is that no matter how they grieve, they share a need for their grief to be witnessed."
-David Kessler
