Trauma can profoundly reshape a person's life
Working with individuals who have experienced trauma can be both challenging and profoundly rewarding. When a client presents with deeply rooted trauma and they are struggling to meet goals set with you, it’s natural to feel a mix of concern and a deep desire to support them in their healing journey.
And what if trauma work just isn't your thing?
Do you refer them out or keep working and doing your best to address their trauma symptoms - even though you feel a little out of your depth? Why should you have to choose? Why can’t it be both!

Adjunct EMDR Intensives!

Lets partner together to give comprehensive, high-quality care for a client!

I want to encourage you to consider a collaborative approach to help your clients move beyond their trauma and into a space of genuine healing. As a Counselor specializing in trauma, PTSD, and EMDR, I offer intensives that can complement the incredible work you’re already doing. EMDR intensives provide a focused and accelerated path to reprocessing traumatic memories, allowing clients to move through their pain and find stability.

Imagine the growth your client could experience by integrating our approaches—your ongoing support and therapeutic relationship, combined with the targeted, deep work of EMDR. Together, we can create a powerful synergy that honors your client’s experiences and paves the way for lasting change.

Let’s collaborate to provide your client with the best of both worlds—a safe, supportive space to explore and heal, coupled with the transformative power of trauma-focused techniques. I’d love to discuss how we can work together to help your clients reach their full potential.
Types of Adjunct EMDR Therapy
1
1-3 day EMDR Intensives
An accelerated format of therapy where we meet for 1-3 days of EMDR therapy. Client will receive a 90 minute Pre-Intensive Session and a 60 minute follow Session after the Intensive has concluded. Each Intensive Day is a 3-hour session. This is best for clients with moderate to severe trauma and want immediate relief.
2
Monthly EMDR Intensives
Client meets with the EMDR Therapist for a 3-hour session(s) once per month. During this time, the client can continue to meet with their primary therapist. This is best for clients who want to maintain close contact with their primary therapist while beginning trauma work.
