MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS

TRANSFORM YOUR GRIEF WITH MEANING MAKING EXPERIENCES

When you           grief support we're here to help:
need

Grief is a journey you don't have to do alone. Let us help connect you with others, who are also grieving as well as meet with professionals, who can assist you.

Grief is shaped by the relationship you have with your loved one, let us help you navigate all the emotions and thoughts you may be experiencing. Whether the death of your loved one occurred years ago or several months ago, grief never ends. We are here to meet you where you are.

Grief causes bodily pain and discomfort. Let us help you resolve some of that pain through mindfulness practices and yoga.

Learn ways to manage your grief during our content time. You will receive helpful skills, engage in creative expression, and learn helpful grief rituals to honor the death of your loved one.

"Each person's grief is as unique as their fingerprint. But what everyone has in common is that no matter how they grieve, they share a need for their grief to be witnessed."
